Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns: Please contact us to resolve your issue with any items purchased from us, You are welcome return your item as long as it has not been worn, and remains in new condition as sent out/ received by you and in unopened packaging ready to be sold again, Bespoked Lingerie, One Offs are made to measure by fitting and approval of the client and are not refundable.

All refunds should be applied for within 28 days of receipt of item, stating reason for refund, too Big/Small, Arrived late.

Refunds: any item wanting to be refunded must be returned in unworn new condition as receive be yourself, refunds with be issued within 5-7 days once returned and it has been cleared as unworn and new in original packaging.

Refunds will be paid back to the payment method used to purchase the item.
